On-Site Training

This also allows for a customized workshop dealing with concerns of your institution. Responding to a Program Review can be timely and costly. Atlanta Student Aid can analyze your Program Review and write the response. Many times findings on a Program Review are misinterpretations of the regulations or your policies. Atlanta Student Aid can help with these findings and close out the Program Review in a timely fashion. Atlanta Student Aid can also appeal a final review or audit.

Computer Services

Atlanta Student Aid offers all phases of Financial Aid Processing including all computerized functions  (FAFSA, ISIR, PELL, DIRECT LOAN, NSLDS). Using ASA eliminates the need for a data processing clerk and costly training to keep up with software changes in addition to updating computer systems to keep up with the changes. Electronic processing is billed per transaction. No minimum monthly amounts are required.

ASA also offers full processing services for smaller schools. Our processing includes electronic input and review of the FAFSA, ISIR review and complete file review before aid is authorized. Authorizing disbursements for PELL and DIRECT LOAN are also part of this service along with reconciliation of accounting records.

Training is also a significant part of our services as Third Party Servicer. We like the Financial Aid Staff to understand the entire process and be able to establish eligibility for the student. We will also assist and train staff if the school decides to begin processing on their own.

The charge for Financial Aid Processing combines Electronic Processing transaction charges with a monthly consulting fee.
